Looking back on the past three and a half years, I reckon most of the subjects I've taken have been more fluff than real substance.

To illustrate the point, I believe that the really useful subjects comprise of the following:

1. Accounting 1A
2. Marketing Fundamentals
3. Business Law
4. Marketing Research
5. Passion, Rebellion and Identity in Popular Music
6. Business Forecasting
7. Economics of Public Issues
8. International Financial Management

Out of the eight, I reckon 5 and 7 went the furthest in shaping my ideals and broadening my perspective on life in general.

As for the other 22 subjects that didn't do much for me, well, I guess they would mostly qualify as rather expensive filler material.

e.g. Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Strategy: Analysis and Decisions, Marketing Communications, International Business Strategy and International Marketing (second time around).

We all need filler from time to time.
