Cold and Rainy Day Food

What is it about cold wet days and soup cravings?
Sydney just had a thunderstorm, and I just happened to have mushrooms.
So there you go.

I won't bore with details.
But you basically sweat the mushrooms and onions down.
Nothing fancy. Nothing posh.
Just plain old peasant food. The way food should be.
