How to retrieve an ATM card

Right, so my ATM card was eaten up by the ATM last night. No screen change, no asking for my PIN, no error message, nothing. Calling the bank proved useless, so I randomly pressed the 'Clear' and 'Cancel' buttons in vain.

Interestingly, a Windows error message appeared on screen. Yes they run on Windows. Maybe that's why it ate my card. So while trying to find something that resembled a mouse, I sorta punched the 'Clear' and 'Cancel' buttons in unison thrice.

Guess what? My card came out. So, if you ever get your ATM card eaten up, do heed my advice.
